The city of Boise has an anti-nudity ordinance that covers all venues
including this convention. However there is an exclusion for "artistic" reasons.
Here is the excerpt from the code: "b. This
prohibition shall not apply to persons engaged in dance, ballet, music or
dramatic performances, or artistic displays which are of serous artistic merit
and are offered on premises in which the predominant business or attraction is
not the offering to customers of entertainment which is intended to provide
sexual stimulation or sexual gratification. This exclusion does not apply to any
activities which may take place on the following permises, as defined in Boise
City Code 11-01-03.01: Adult Arcade, Adult Bookstore, Adult Cabaret, Adult
Motion Picture Theater, Adult Theater, Bikini Bar, Sexually Oriented Business,
