HOST HOTEL

The host hotel will be the Grove Hotel located in the heart of downtown Boise at 245 South Capitol Blvd.

RATES: Room rates are $105.00 per night for a single or double. This rate is good from July 8th to July 19th (two days before and after the convention). Suites are also available for $245.00 per night. An additional 11% tax will be charged on all rooms.

AMENITIES: Rooms offer the following : complimentary in room coffee, tea and hot chocolate service, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, dual line phones with computer data jacks, terry cloth robes, AM/FM alarm clock, speaker phone with voice mail, valet laundry service, remote control television with HBO and video on demand, in room mini bar, high speed wireless internet, evening turn down service and well lit workstation.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made by telephone to 1-888-961-5000 for US residents or +800-800-26278 for non-US. During normal business hours the call will be directed to the front desk of the actual hotel. After hours it will go to the national reservation center. When calling be sure and tell them you are with the NSA Convention or give them this promotion code 2685. You can also make reservations on line at: www.coasthotels.com. Click on Rates and Reservations and then New Reservation. In the drop down box for Select a Location choose ID - Boise - THE GROVE - A COAST HOTEL. The second to the last box is Booking Code: be sure to enter TGH-GFC50 to get the group rate. This code is only good for the dates of the convention plus two on either end (July 8-19, 2007). If you try to book beyond those dates you will get an error message. If anyone has problems please notify the treasurer as soon as possible.

PARKING: Secure, covered parking is available under the hotel or across the street. Daily rates are $4.95 for self park and $12.95 per day for valet parking. You have unlimited leave and return privileges.

Other Options

We have a contract to fill a minimum number of room-nights so we encourage you to stay at the host hotel. However, we also acknowledge that some of you may wish to stay some place less expensive or even bring an RV or campout.
